Licensed Aircraft Engineer B1/B2
Join Our Dynamic Team – Gulf Helicopters Company
We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Aircraft Engineers (B1/B2) to support our rotary‑wing operations. The ideal candidates will ensure the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of our fleet through expert maintenance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across mechanical, avionics, and integrated helicopter systems.
Role Purpose:
Provide line and/or base maintenance on company-operated helicopters in accordance with approved data, ensuring regulatory compliance, safe operations, and on-time release to service under Part‑145/MOE requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Certification
• Perform and certify scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and component changes in line with AMM, CMM, IPC, and other approved data.
• Conduct accurate defect diagnosis and effective rectification for airframe, engine, avionics, and electrical systems.
• Carry out pre-/post-flight, daily, checks to ensure aircraft availability.
• Issue Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) within the scope of B1 or B2 licenses, type ratings, and company authorization.
Compliance, Safety & Quality
• Ensure strict compliance with QCAA/EASA Part‑145, Part‑M/CAMO, ICAO, and company MOE requirements.
• Maintain rigorous FOD prevention, tool control, calibration integrity, and human‑factors best practices.
• Complete accurate technical records: TLB entries, job cards, defect logs, and work sheets.
• Support audits, inspections, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordination & Planning
• Liaise with Production Panning Department for spares, rotables, GSE, calibrated test equipment, and AOG support.
• Mentor technicians and contribute to OJT programs and skills development initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
• Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS): hazard identification, reporting, investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) processes and recommend technical improvements to enhance reliability and safety.
Performance Indicators
• Improved dispatch reliability and reduced maintenance‑related delays.
• Minimized AOG occurrences and improved turnaround time (TAT).
• High “right‑first‑time” maintenance performance.
• Accurate, timely technical documentation aligned with quality and safety KPIs.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
• Valid EASA Part‑66 B1.3 and/or B2 license OR ICAO‑equivalent unrestricted AME license.
• Eligible for or holding valid CRS authorization.
Type Ratings (Highly Preferred)
• AW139 / AW189 / S92 (one or more).
• Additional ratings (B412, AS350, or other GHC‑fleet types) are an advantage.
Experience
• Minimum 5+ years maintenance experience on helicopters within a Part‑145 maintenance organization.
• Strong troubleshooting background on mechanical/engine systems (B1) or avionics/electrical systems (B2).
• Experience in multi‑national, multi‑cultural environments and remote/outstation operations.
Technical & Behavioral Skills
• Strong understanding of QCAA, EASA, ICAO safety and airworthiness regulations.
• Proficiency with AMOS or similar maintenance IT systems, digital technical manuals, and e‑logs.
• Safety‑focused mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts, on-call, and field/outstation environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and mentoring skills.
It’s an Advantage If You Have:
• Additional type ratings across the GHC fleet.
• SMS practitioner experience (audit participation, investigations, safety reporting).
• Offshore/remote operations, customer‑facing roles, or helideck procedures experience.

Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee materials receipt, forwarding, customs coordination, and overall logistics operations in support of GHC’s technical and operational requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient material flow to support uninterrupted operations across the organization.
Role Purpose:
To review, manage, and supervise all activities related to materials receipt and forwarding by resolving issues, ensuring accurate processing, and implementing logistics procedures to support timely and efficient operations for Gulf Helicopters Company.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Scheduling
• Monitor logistics activities for inbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt of materials and compliance with regulatory and GHC requirements.
• Review weekly shipment status—especially chemicals and critical items—and coordinate with Buyers, Production, and Maintenance to expedite shipments or recommend alternatives.
• Manage transport arrangements, loading supervision, and access passes for materials delivery from port customs to GHC.
• Monitor delivery progress and follow up with vendors, Finance, and forwarding agents to ensure alignment with Purchase Order (PO) requirements.
Quality / Specification Checks & Storage Preparation
• Prepare and issue Goods Delivery Sheets (GDS) for air, sea, overland, and courier shipments.
• Verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate processing.
• Review final materials receiving reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms, advising Finance on payment release or penalties when required.
Material Receipt & Forwarding
• Review and approve shipment invoices to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the export, return, and receipt of refurbished materials to maintain smooth logistics flow.
Materials Documentation & Ownership Transfer
• Oversee coordination with customs agents to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure all shipping documents are received prior to shipment arrival; prepare EPC clearances and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance and banks regarding Letter of Credit (L/C) payments for supplier shipment release.
• Prepare Open Cover Declarations (OCD) for all Purchase Orders to ensure proper insurance coverage for materials.
Direct Returns Routing
• Manage direct returns activities, including discrepancy reports, notifications to Procurement, and return shipments.
• Support root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence of material discrepancies.
Supervision of Subordinates
• Supervise Logistics Senior Assistants, Logistics Assistants, and the Customs Coordinator to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and according to procedures.
• Provide coaching, on‑the‑job training, and constructive feedback to support staff development.
Budgets & Plans
• Monitor financial performance within the logistics area and highlight variances or improvement opportunities.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
• Implement logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements while delivering cost‑effective service.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
• Ensure compliance with all QHSE standards to safeguard personnel, maintain safe operations, and uphold environmental responsibilities.
